Here is another Sunday Reset! This is a weekly routine that I do to get ahead for the week and prepare meals for our family of five as a busy full time working mum. I set aside 3 hours on a Sunday which reduces the mental and physical pressure during the week by having meals ready to go and not having to think each night what to cook! I budget $350 a week to cover all food, cleaning and household, toiletries and nappies. Here is my budget breakdown for this week : Fruit $32.30 Vegetables $60.95 Treats $12 Meat $13.30 (I had meat in the freezer to use for a few meals) Cleaning and Household $0 Toiletries $14.50 Nappies $45 Everything else $157.14 &$335.19 between Coles and Woolworths + $10 From the bakery Meals for the week: Dinners Loaded beef nachos Beef Bolognese with Basil and Bocconcini One Pan oven bakes fajitas Pesto Gnocchi Nandos chicken and rice bake Leftovers Green Thai Chicken Curry Breakfast: Baked raspberry and chocolate pancakes Lunches: Air Fried cajun chicken and salad wraps Snacks: Brownies Anzac Biscuits Kids baked pancakes Vegemite scrolls Cut up fruit and veg I hope you enjoy this and I will be back next week to share my Sunday Reset!
