Change the battery on Lexus RX300 three button Key remote

How to change the battery on your three button key. This key is for a Lexus RX300 What you need; your key, a tiny screwdriver (like the ones from n eyeglass repair kit), new battery that fits your key. Mine is a CR1616 I got it at Radio Shack for $6.58.The dealer wanted $15.00 to change the battery (incld batery), they would charge me $10.00 for the battery alone. 1) Take the old battery out.(Its on the side that has the Lexus emblem) 2) Pry the key apart carefully. 3)Pull the plastic cover off the battery casing. 4) Lift the battery out (use the screwdriver to pry it out)as you hold the gray little piece to the side 5)Put the new battery in, make sure the raised part n down and you can see the brand name is up. 6) snap the plastic cover on the battery casing back on. 7) snap the key cover back on. 8)Screw the cover back on,make sure it is all lined up. 9)Go aim it at the car and see if it works. The light on the key should light up if you are near the car. My key works great. It lit up a bit in the video but I didn&see it. When I was closer to the car it lit up and worked great.
