Begin by picking up Cesar and driving over to the yellow blip on the mini-map... Otto's. You&go into Otto&and Cesar will steal a ride and drive it out the second story window. Follow suit and get right on his tail. He&move up the next hill and begin weaving through side streets, winding back and forth to the hill. Stay near him. Soon cops will be on your tail. Keep following Cesar and you&get instructions to trigger a nitro and follow Cesar down the hill. Gun it through the tunnel and keep on him, following him as he cuts through a park, then makes his way to an alleyway. Finding it&blocked, he reverses (you need to as well), before leading you on a final run, over a makeshift ramp and toward the garage. Drive through the red marker there to end the mission, and net $5000.
