Porting to .NET 5 - FULL STACK WPF (.NET CORE) MVVM #30

I port all the projects in the SimpleTrader solution to .NET 5, update all NuGet packages in the solution, and test the application to ensure everything still works. I also demonstrate how to port a WPF project to .NET 5, which includes a few minor differences from regular projects.
