I am using 15, 20, 30, and 40 pound dumbbells today but pick weights that challenge you at your fitness level today! We will be working for 3 rounds of 45 seconds on a circuit style utilizing a lower body exercise and an ab exercise. We will complete our supersets then move to the last part of the workout where we will work with just our bodyweight!
