On a new device, or a device where the Imaging Unit has been replaced recently, one or more colors (usually cyan) are missing when printing, copying, or producing internal pages. The result is an overly saturated image using only the working colors. This may happen if a drum locking lever is not in the correct position....... 1-The Repeating Defects page will indicate which color is missing, as the specific page will come out blank. 2- Check the position of the Drum Cartridge locking lever: A- Open the front door. B- Remove the Waste Toner Bottle. C- Check the position of the orange lever next to all drum cartridge units. D- The correct position should be horizontal (down). E- Reseat the Waster Toner Bottle. F- Close the front door. 3-If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
