I am really focusing on high-protein recipes that are still very tasty and don’t sacrifice flavor, keeping it simple and healthy. I am feeling so good eating this way and cooking at home more??? RECIPES BELOW Tuesday Breakfast: 2 eggs, 170g cottage cheese, sourdough toast, garlic, avocado, red pepper flakes, tempeh bacon Dinner: hummus, roasted broccoli, turkey meatballs, Meatballs - ground turkey, yellow onion, jalapeno, cilantro, preserved lemons, garlic, harissa, shawarma seasoning, soaked stale bread Salad - red onion, cucumber, feta, olive oil Wednesday Breakfast: roasted turkey & eggs, reduced sugar vanilla almond milk, rolled oats, banana, pomegranate, blueberries, peanut butter Lunch: extra firm protein tofu, tamari/coconut aminos, soba noodles, edamame, cucumbers, rice vinegar, green onions, chili oil Dinner: I combined both of these recipes Thursday Dinner: Hello Fresh Enchiladas Friday Breakfast: reduced sugar vanilla almond milk, rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, banana, strawberries, peanut butter Lunch: sourdough bread, cream cheese, hummus, cucumber, turkey breast, havarti, lettuce Saturday Breakfast: Smoked Salmon Bagel Sunday Dinner: chickpea pasta, pesto, scallops, paprika, garlic powder, garlic, seafood broth, lemon jest, lemon juice, broccoli, berbere Monday Breakfast: 2 eggs, grated ginger, jasmine rice, quick-pickle cucumber, chili oil Dinner: onion, tomato paste, smoked paprika...
