Banyan Tree Krabi

Banyan Tree Krabi is the northern most resort in the cluster of accommodations on Tubkaek coastal region. It was a magnificent stay we had in a secluded environment next to a nature reserve. All units have their own private pools and they are all in shades of gleaming white and welcoming. Premium Ocean Pool Suites have astonishing view of the sea. It opens up to the sky and we think it is the best of them all to be in. The trip was in September which is one of the rainy months in Thailand, so there were frequent downpours. We love the awesome kids’ pool here. There is also the big pool next to the restaurant. Pools were empty most of the time and we had them to ourselves. Love their breakfast which featured a different special local menu every day. The beach here is not one of fine white sand, and the water is choppy in September. The staffs here were all very kids friendly and brought our child to look for hermit crabs in the bushes. The hotel tells a story of dragons, evident from the many engravings on walls and floors that looks like dragon scales. And also, those green glowing crystals found all over the resort which I am sure Superman will hate. You gotta spend at least 2 nights here to absorb all her serenity.
