For several decades, Brabus has been an adept in the realm of fine-tuning Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Their most recent innovation, the 900 Superblack, transforms the Mercedes-AMG GLS63 4Matic into a formidable performance SUV. At the heart of this upgrade lies an expansion of the twin-turbo engine&capacity to 4.4 liters, as opposed to the standard 4.0 liters. This enhancement leads to an astounding power increase, with output levels reaching 888 horsepower and 774 pound-feet of torque. This souped-up Brabus GLS is capable of accelerating from 0 to 62 miles per hour in a mere 3.6 seconds and boasts a top speed of 205 mph. Among the engine augmentations are an enlarged cylinder bore, the addition of forged pistons, and the improvement of the connecting rods. A billet crankshaft boosts the stroke, while new turbos equipped with a larger compressor are installed. These turbos can achieve a peak boost of 20.3 psi (1.4 bar). High-pressure fuel pumps ensure that the powerplant receives an ample supply of gasoline, and the exhaust gasses are expelled via 3.0-inch diameter downpipes. Brabus doesn&stop at the engine; modifications extend to the GLS&design as well. The air intakes boast a distinctive exposed carbon-fiber finish, and the front fascia exudes aggression. The SUV sits on 24-inch Monoblock Z wheels, finished in a sleek black color that harmonizes with the vehicle&exterior.
