Caterpillar Diesel Generator Control Panel Troubleshooting okay uh this is our control panel and i briefly went over to it in the last video but we&gonna go ahead and get a little more in-depth with this as i know uh noted before auto is the normal position if for any reason it&out of auto we&going to get a warning and i&going to go ahead and show you that again we put it in stop notice we have a warning up here warning on the left side shutdown right side warning shutdown okay and what i can do from that is i can actually look and see what that is and what i do is push this this are my main menu button and it says event logs and what that&going to do is tell me what&going on and i this is my enter key just like it is on a computer push d and it says i have a gen set control issue okay and what i&going to do is scroll down or i&sorry i&going to enter that and it&going to tell me gen control not an auto warning and it says it&present okay so what i have to do to clear anything is it has to be in stop which it is i&going to go ahead and push this button it&going to say reset all events and i&going to push that and it&guess what it&still telling me gen not in in auto so actually i have to put it back in auto but that&a normal process we have to put in stop to clear anything but in this case in order to clear this one we have to be in auto we&put that back in auto i&going to push this button and i&going to clear that fault and again that&going to tell me that i have to be in...
