Replaced my stock exhaust with an aftermarket axle back / rear muffler for my 2009 JK Jeep Wrangler 3.8 V6. Thought I&take a video to show the sportier exhaust note/noise, video has revving, driving and interior video for the noise comparison. More details below.. LIKE & SUBSCRIBE JK WRANGLER CHANNEL PLAYLIST: Fitted with a mild steel &Rear muffler that my local exhaust shop welded on and fitted as my stock Jeep muffler had a large hole in it and needing replacing asap. I assume you can find the same product under many different brand names in your part of the world. At the time of shooting the video, the exhaust had been fitted for about 6 months, so it has gotten dirty and some potential surface rust. Supply and fitting of this part was $110 AUD. So was super cheap and quick solution to get back on the road compared to fitting a proper full exhaust system. The exhaust note is fairly subtle but sporty, will not be cop-bait and wont annoy the neighbours. There is no interior drone you just hear it nicely. And it actually sounds pretty good with the roof off. For a quick and cheap replacement from the stock muffler the result is pretty good and probably cheaper than replacing with genuine parts! (but sadly while it sounds faster... the Jeep feels just as slow haha) Hashtags: #jeep
