The Cruel Sea (1914: Shells of Fury Animation) 第一次世界大戦ドイツ帝国潜水艦戦記 （アニメ ）

This is an experimental animation using the lesser-known and underrated submarine simulation - 1914: Shells of Fury, the world&1st and only WWI subsim released in 2007 by Strategy First. So far there are very little videos of this game on YouTube. Instead of capturing a gameplay or demo, I utilized the entire game graphic to create my very own documentary movie style story, with some extra sound effects, voice set and music borrowed from other PC games, certain parts of the video, such as the periscope view, torpedo launching, depth charge attack and sun glare effect, are my own extra editing. This is a fictitious brief story about a WWI era U-boat patrol and engagement. The entire story in this video is totally fictitious and does not relate to any historical event, no promotion of any political view or ideology is intended. Productive criticisms concerning the film-making technique are welcome.
