Fulltone OCD V2 | Haar Guitars Demo

Since it’s introduction 13 years ago, Mike Fuller has continued to make mild tweaks to the OCD’s circuit. As in 2017, Fulltone has launched what it is being dubbed as the final version of the OCD, the OCD V2. The OCD V2 packs a number of new updates and features, as it delivers an internal switch for selecting ’’True-Bypass’’ or ‘’Enhanced Bypass’’ and a raised input impedance of 1 mega ohms. The output buffer (which is engaged when pedal is turned on in True-Bypass or is always on in Enhanced Bypass mode) helps make your sound consistent regardless of how many pedals you have in your chain. This same output buffer also has a positive effect on your sound by reducing loadings on the pedal’s hard-clipping stage, which allows more sustain and overtones. Today we’re demo’ing the Fulltone OCD V2 on a Louis Electric Buster 1x12 combo. Playing by Theo van Niel Jr.
