FREE RYOBI 31CC 410R GAS ROTOTILLER CULTIVATOR FUEL LINE PRIMER BULB INSTALLATION STUCK NEEDLE FAIL

I picked this ryobi roto portable tiller cultivator off the side of the street. I replaced the fuel lines as they were all cracked, broken and missing. The primer bulb was also cracked and the carburetor needed cleaning but it still doesnt start or run reliably. Fuel just pours into the muffler and wont start. I suspect a stuck needle and floods the crankcase. I ordered a new carburetor. UPDATE: I HAD A FEW SUBSCRIBERS TELL ME THE FUEL LINES WERENT ROUTED CORRECTLY. After I rerouted, this thing ran like a champ. it&all good now and listed for $100.
