Dishonored 2 - Stealth Kills Gameplay - Unlimited Powers [PC i7-8700K RTX 2080]

Welcome back top Dishonored 2, it&been a long time since I last played this game. The game ran really bad on console so I gave up on it for a while. I recently picked it up for PC and found it actually playable and enjoyable. The optimization is still bad in my opinion, I have a pretty good PC and the game still seems to drop frames.
