Using an overload principle and small, precise movements these workouts will challenge you like nothing else! In Precision Training Mat you will use a Pilates ring you will start with kneeling, large range of motion exercises to heat up the body, then move to inner thigh squeezes, outer thighs exercises and an abs segment with lots of oblique focus, then there’s a challenging pretzel routine and finally a glute and lower back finisher. Utilize all the smaller supporting muscle groups that traditional strength training workouts usually miss.
