A Rainbow Limbo Dance for children learning English. Here’s a simple flashcard and movement activity to help your students practice the present continuous and question forms. It can also be used with other verb tenses and vocabulary (depending on the age and level of your young learners) for example; sports, rooms of the house, clothes, food etc. It’s super easy to prepare and can be played with large or small groups – in class or outside. I’ll also show you how to make a colourful Rainbow Limbo Stick in under a minute. Lettttt’s LIMBO!! Keep in mind the aim is for children to limbo UNDER the rainbow stick not just run or crawl under or skip over it?. After each round you can have the children lower the rainbow stick a few centimetres. The limbo dance challenge is the fun part ??
