Mercedes Benz ML320 ML430 W163 How to test Fuel Pump Pressure

I just bought a 1999 Mercedes Benz ML430 and am currently working on getting it back in running condition. The video I show is me testing the fuel pressure on my 2000 ML320 which is running great, versus the 1999 ML430 which is not running very well at all.
