Nightmist (Pain of Salvation) - Drum Playthrough by Leo Margarit

Nightmist also was one of the songs I played at the audition 15 years ago. Man does time fly! I wish I had a multitrack recording of the live version we have been playing for the past few years, we made some fun changes that I really enjoy playing...! This time I used the album version, removed the drums with iZotope RX9 (which is unfortunately not perfect) and recorded my own version of the drums. The original was not recorded to a click track so I had to make one following the slight tempo fluctuations to be able to play along tight enough with the music. As usual I&shooting with only one camera so I cut together both audio and video and try to make the whole thing interesting to watch. I also want to point out that I¬ using any samples on the drum mix, and there aren&any fixes on the audio, except for cutting between takes. This Varus drums kill! Enjoy!
