This is a strength training workout that you will not want to miss! I know you&going to feel incredible when you are doing with this workout This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds in between each set. This will give you time to switch weights and keep moving. Make sure you challenge yourself more each round in the weights you are holding or in the way you&moving with intensity!
