SIBUR’s ZapSibNeftekhim petrochemicals complex project in Tobolsk required 35,000 man-hours over four years to reach completion. About 28,000 workers were involved in the construction process. At present, the complex is in the process stabilisation phase as it makes trial batches of finished products.
